I wasn’t always sold on chiropractic care.
Growing up, I went regularly like a lot of people do, but it never really felt like it made a lasting difference. It was just something you did, felt a bit better, then moved on.
That perspective changed after high school.
I went through multiple leg injuries that led to surgeries, and for years I dealt with chronic pain and limited mobility. At a certain point, I just assumed that was how my body was going to be from then on.
Then when I was 20, I saw an extremity chiropractor who didn’t just adjust my spine, but actually worked through my legs, feet, and joints in a way I had never experienced before.
That visit changed everything. For the first time, I felt like my body wasn’t just being managed, it was actually starting to function and heal differently.
That’s when I really understood what I now call root-cause care. Not chasing symptoms, but actually looking at how the whole system is working together, especially the extremities that most people overlook.
At the time, I was studying psychology and criminology and planning to go into law enforcement. But after that experience, I couldn’t ignore what I had just felt and learned. I changed direction and committed myself fully to chiropractic, with a focus on extremity work, biomechanics, and finding the root cause of why the body isn’t functioning the way it should.
Today, that’s what our practice is built around.
We don’t just focus on where it hurts. We look at how the feet, knees, hips, and spine are working together, and how breakdowns anywhere in that chain can show up as pain or dysfunction somewhere else.
We work with people who are tired of temporary fixes and want to understand what’s actually going on with their body so they can start making real progress.
The goal is simple. Help you move better, feel stronger, and get back to feeling like yourself again.
If you’ve tried everything and nothing seems to stick, I’ve been there.
And I’d be glad to help you figure out what actually works for you.

Dr. Amanda (Randolph) Clark D.C.
Hi, I’m Dr. Amanda.
I work with people who are tired of living in stress, tension, and survival mode and want to feel more like themselves again.
Many of the patients I see are dealing with chronic tension, headaches, stress, exhaustion, mobility issues, or simply feeling disconnected from their bodies after spending so much time pushing through life. My goal is to help people feel more connected, capable, and at ease in their body again so they can fully show up for the things that matter most to them.
I’m also a wife, first-time mom to our son Cooper, and someone who genuinely loves helping people feel safe, supported, and cared for throughout their healing journey.
My own journey with chiropractic completely changed the direction of my life.
Before chiropractic, I was stuck in a job I hated, living with chronic neck pain, exhausted all the time, and constantly wondering, “Is this really all there is?”
I worked in sales making cold calls all day, which only made my pain and stress worse. Eventually, something in me knew I needed to try something different, so I scheduled my first chiropractic appointment.
I still remember walking out of that office and calling my grandma because I couldn’t believe how different I felt. It was like something in my body had finally turned back on.
My pain started improving, my mind felt clearer, and for the first time in years, I felt hopeful and excited about my future again.
That experience changed everything for me. Within eight months, I started chiropractic school at Life Chiropractic College West and committed myself to helping others experience that same kind of transformation.
Today, my approach to care focuses on helping the body function and adapt better so you can move through life with less tension, more ease, and more energy.
I believe great care starts with listening, paying attention to the details, and treating each person as an individual rather than just chasing symptoms.
I especially love working with people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or discouraged by pain because I know how much physical stress can affect every area of life.
When you’re no longer constantly distracted by pain and tension, you finally have the space and energy to fully show up for your life again.
Outside the office, I love playing volleyball in local rec leagues, getting creative whenever I can, trying new recipes, enjoying a good red wine, and spending time with family and friends.
